co platí pro všechny licencewhat applies to every license
- hudbu jsem napsal já a autorský práva k ní mi zůstávají. ty jsi autor svýho textu a vokálů, song je tvůj.
- beat samotnej nesmíš přeprodávat, dál licencovat, vydávat jako svůj, ani ho dávat do loop kitů.
- u základní a stems licence nesmíš beat ani song s ním registrovat do content id (youtube, distrokid, tunecore a podobně). beat má víc lidí a navzájem byste si shazovali videa.
- kdyby na tvůj song přišel content id claim, pošli mi odkaz a číslo licence. řeším to do 48 hodin.
- licenci jde kdykoli povýšit, doplatíš jen rozdíl. když přerosteš limit streamů, napiš, neřeším to soudem, ale upgradem.
- u exkluzivu se o publishing z písničky dělíme 50/50 (hudba já, text ty), beat zmizí z prodeje a dřív prodaný licence zůstávají v platnosti.
- jsem fyzická osoba, nejsem plátce dph, cena je konečná.
- i wrote the music and keep the copyright to it. you're the author of your lyrics and vocals, the song is yours.
- no reselling, sublicensing or claiming the beat itself as yours, and no putting it in loop kits.

- if a content id claim lands on your song, send me the link and your license number. i sort it out within 48 hours.
- upgrade anytime by paying the difference. if you grow past the stream cap, message me, that's an upgrade, not a lawsuit.
- exclusive: publishing on the song is split 50/50 (music me, lyrics you), the beat comes off the store and licenses sold earlier stay valid.
- i'm a private individual, not vat registered, the price is final.

přijdeš s textem, ideálně nazkoušeným. nahráváme na sm7db po částech, kolik vezmeš, tolik vezmeš. jedna sloka s refrénem jsou zhruba 2 hodiny. mix a master pak dělám sám a pošlu do pár dní.
come with your lyrics, ideally rehearsed. we track on the sm7db section by section, as many takes as you need. a verse and a hook is roughly 2 hours. i mix and master afterwards and send it within a few days.

to se u leasovanejch beatů stává, stejnej beat má víc lidí. pošli mi odkaz na video a číslo licence, claim nechám stáhnout nebo tě nechám whitelistnout, do 48 hodin. sám song do content id neregistruj, shazoval bys ostatní.
happens with leased beats, several people have the same one. send me the video link and your license number, i get the claim released or you whitelisted within 48 hours. don't register the song with content id yourself, you'd be taking others down.

u mixu a masteru máš dvě kola připomínek v ceně. u beatu před koupí poslouchej ukázku, po koupi už vracet nejde (je to digitální obsah), ale když je soubor rozbitej, opravím ho nebo vrátím peníze.
mix and master include two rounds of revisions. for beats, listen to the preview before buying, there are no refunds after delivery (digital content), but a broken file gets fixed or refunded.
